What's included?
Sessions are usually on Wednesdays at 1pm ET with a few exceptions
2 Facilitated coworking sessions each month
2 coworking sessions a month where you'll have dedicated time to work on growth and revenue tasks. Each coworking session will have an optional prompt (something for you to work on) and you'll be able to get real time support in breakouts, if needed.
1 peer review session each month to get input on your work
1 peer review session a month where you can bring messaging, reader surveys, metrics, churn problems, subscriber drives and anything else you're working on for peer insight and feedback.
Unlimited email support from Lex
You can send me your subscriber appeals, sub drive landing pages, reader surveys and more. I will provide feedback and resources on your revenue and growth tasks.

Who's this for?
Sub Drivers is for indie media publishers (newsletters, blogs, podcasts) who run an audience-backed subscription model. You should be post-launch (meaning your project and subscription are up and running) but you can be at any revenue/subscriber size.
The maximum participants in this group is 20.
What's the cost?
$297/quarter
Sub Drivers is ONLY AVAILABLE for my paid subscribers but it is a one time cost. You pay for the quarter and then you can choose to pay for the next one or not.
If you gain at least one extra annual subscriber a month, you'll probably cover the cost of this group, right?

What makes these coworking sessions different?
These coworking sessions offer you a dedicated time to work on your growth and revenue tasks. I will offer you prompts in every session of what to work on, but you can bring your own priorities too. You'll also have the option to jump into breakouts with me or others to workshop stuff.
What happens in a peer review session?
You will bring something to share (or others will) and I will facilitate feedback based on what you request. You can ask for ideas, reactions or specific input and your peers will share their thoughts. I'm not a big fan of unfounded advice, so I will run a guided session with lots of feedback guardrails.
What does unlimited email support mean?
It means you can email me as much as you want and I will share feedback and resources to help you move forward. Your emails will be queued so if you email me 3x in one day, I will answer them in the order I received them. I'm also only one person so keep that in mind, but if you have questions, problems or blockers, I'm here to unblock you.
